The second issue of the Bulletin of the 38th Chess Olympiad is now published. Subdivided into three parts all relevant information regarding the Chess Olympiad, the FIDE Congress and applicable tournament rules may be found on the 22 pages of the document in English language

Part A of Bulletin 2 includes the event schedule and contains all information on registration, arrival and accreditation for participants of the tournament. Three accreditation centers will be open for personal registration and pick-up of accreditation passes: at the Dresden airport, Dresden central station and the International Congress Center. Furthermore, the Bulletin gives answers to questions regarding accommodation and hotels, catering and visa.

Necessary information on the FIDE Congress are listed in part B. Besides an event timetable hotel and registration details for congress members can be found.
The official tournament rules of the 38th Chess Olympiad are stated accurately provided in part C of the Bulletin. Detailed regulations as devised by Chief Arbiter Ignatius Leong may be found in Annex 8 of the document.
